Every event is different, and we provide all our services to our guest per their request. We'll help you with all your music needs every step of the way leading to your event and promise to entertain your guests appropriately. We encourage clients to let us assist them in creating an experience that all the guests will enjoy. This begins by meeting with customers and determining their needs. Based on the customer needs we will recommend several packages that will meet those needs. Once the event is booked, my clients select their music, plan the event, and set the timeline. The next step is to meet and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Is your Pricing Competitive?
Why don't you publish your price on your website? Yes. We understand how special your event is to you and your family; hence we don't have a fixed pricing for any event and don’t publish them on our website. We provide all services customized to your event, while being truly competitive.
How long has your company been in business?
DJ Desi Soundz has been in business since 2006 and continues to entertain thousands of people each and every year.
Do you carry back-up equipment?
Yes, we carry on-site back-up equipment. It is a must that we have back-up for any unlikely emergency, having reliable back-up equipment is a definite must.
Can we choose our own music?
Yes, we encourage you to pick some of your favorite songs that we will definitely mix in for you throughout the night. The remaining songs played are determined by requests from your guests and what your DJ feels will keep everyone on the dance floor.
How will you handle requests from our guests?
We welcome all requests from your guests and do our best to accommodate each and every request. However, sometimes we come across inappropriate requests and use our discretion accordingly. Our goal is to make your event memorable and joyful event, and might recommend a similar song.
How do I secure your services for my event?
We require a signed contract along with a deposit. If you know exactly which services you would like for your event this can be handled over the phone, or by mail.
Will you make any announcements that I need?
Yes, we will provide MC services along with DJing at any and all events for no additional charge.
What is the proper attire you will wear at our event?
We are professional and will dress appropriately to your event but if you choose that we wear a particular outfit during your event, we can do so accordingly.
Can we provide you with our own personal music to play at our event?
Absolutely, we are always willing to play selections from your personal music collection. We do ask that you provide that music to us at least two weeks prior to the event. These songs need to be provided to us in a MP3 format on a CD so that we can test the music prior to your event.
When will you arrive at my event and set-up your equipment?
We arrive at your event and set up all our equipment least one hour prior to the event start time, giving us enough time to test all the equipment. Under most circumstances there is no additional charge for setup and tear down time, however there could be an additional charge depending on the Venue. We will inform you of such instance before we book our services with you.
Can we see you perform live?
Yes, we recommend you meet us prior to booking your event and choose for yourself. It is your event and you are the one who has to decide what kind of DJ you want for your event. We meet with potential clients on an appointment basis only, please send contact us for availability. We perform at various events that are open to public, where you are more than welcome to see us perform live.
Will I be charged any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! All prices quoted are final and stated in your contract.
What is your policy on tipping?
At the end of the evening an industry standard 10-15% gratuity is greatly appreciated if you are satisfied with our performance. We will accept it as the utmost compliment. While a tip is not expected, it is always appreciated.
